Food safety

Spices are food, so opened packs cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If a parcel arrives damaged, leaking or with the wrong item, send a photo on WhatsApp (+91 88103 04658) within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders we refund to your UPI or bank account.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp.
